2 /5 The Silk Road: This is a local park with no trees and no flowers... it’s just a flat patch of grass more suitable for cattle than for humans, where the locals converge and practice their sports and activities. It’s really nothing special, but I suppose it’s better than nothing. It’s peaceful enough, as there are no roads around it; it borders with a school and with private gardens. At the centre there is a sad nursery, that looks more like a cage for children than anything else and a playground for children open to the public. Since a few years the height of vehicles allowed in the carpark has been limited to 1.9m, so if you have a van, apparently you’re not welcomed. By the way, dogs are not allowed here. The park closes at night.
The car park is often used by youths to smoke weed.
