Bobby Valentine An exceptional New Year’s Day dinner at Rules. The food was outstanding from start to finish — classic British dishes done perfectly and full of flavor. Every course felt thoughtful and true to the restaurant’s long history, and I genuinely loved my meal. A special mention to Katerina, our waitress, who was warm, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. Her service really elevated the entire experience and made the evening feel relaxed and special. Rules continues to be one of those rare places that delivers on history, atmosphere, and quality every single time. We’ll absolutely be back.

Isabella Chulu I wanted to take a moment to recognize Salima for her outstanding service during my visit last week Tuesday At Gauchos Chancery Lane for a work lunch. Even though she mentioned she’s only been working here for about a month, her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality made it feel like she’d been part of the team for years. It’s rare to see someone so new already delivering 10/10 service you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and represents your restaurant beautifully. You should be proud to have her on your team! She took amazing care of my friend and I. She had even remembered i mentioned saying it was my friends birthday and to our surprise she brought in a brownie and ice cream to celebrate. She had even remembered how picky we were about our food so knew you can’t go wrong with a brownie! I ask that the restaurant please forward on this message to Salima as she deserves this praise. She made our whole experience feel special. Service like that really stands out, you’ve got a real gem on your team!

Nick Singleton A fantastic breakfast today at Bills. As good a breakfast as I’ve ever had. We always go to Bills when possible but the one in Covent Garden is maybe the best one of all. Great food, and an exceptionally good service from our waitress Bianca, who was very welcoming, friendly and attentive.,. We had ordered breakfast cocktails at 9.30 and she informed us that she wouldn’t be able to serve them to us until 10 due to licensing laws but that she wouldn’t bring them over then. We ate our delicious breakfast and right on cue at 10 o clock our cocktails arrived. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning

Anh Chu We dined with our young children for our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful! Everything was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Probably the best rump steak, I have had in a long time! The kids loved it and staff were brilliant. Friendly and super attentive. Thank you to the team for making our visit such a joy. Angie Heaney Outstanding! Intimate tapas, cosy, with a great atmosphere. Excellent food, the garlic & chilli king prawns were utterly delicious, lemon & herb chicken, patatas bravas & mixed croquettes were all super tasty. King prawns were the star of the show for us. Staff were all excellent. Highly recommend you visit, you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely return next time we visit London.
