3 /5 Tomasz H: I recently had the opportunity to dine at Caffe Maja, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt a lack of warmth and friendliness from the staff, which reminded me of a bygone era in Poland that many would prefer to forget. It felt as though customer service was not a priority, and the unfriendly demeanor of the employees made for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
When it came to the food, I was equally let down. The potato mash I ordered was not only served in a tiny portion but also lacked any discernible flavor. It was bland and uninspiring, leaving much to be desired. For the price I paid, I expected a much better quality meal.
To top it off, I decided to indulge in a cake for dessert, only to find it was not fresh. For a place that prides itself on its offerings, the stale cake was a disappointing end to an already lackluster meal. The high price tag attached to everything only added to my frustration; I felt I was paying for a subpar experience instead of enjoying a delicious meal.
Overall, my visit to Caffe Maja was far from enjoyable. I left feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return. There are far better places to enjoy a meal where both the food and service reflect a commitment to quality and customer care.
