5 /5 Cleo Piti: Had lunch for one at Carluccios Southampton today and it was great. I got shown to a lovely table with a view out, the staff were attentive and friendly and made me feel welcome. I had the sea bass which was delicious. The decor is lovely and comfortable, nice atmosphere with chilled background music. Will definitely stop by again when next in Southampton.

5 /5 Narasimhan SL: Amazing restaurant and the amazingly friendly Antonio with his moustache make the experience uber special. The penne giardinara is my all time favourite .. love going back here and this is a must stop place whenever I am in town!

3 /5 Peter Rowe: We arrived just after 9am so it was quiet. The server attended more or less straight away, she was very nice. The only down side was the food arrived fairly quickly but was fairly cold considering it was cooked fresh. Te drinks were also like warm. I didn’t complain though, so this was on me, we dont always complain, in hindsight I should have mentioned it but am not always comfortable doing that. Just something to pass on from the feedback.

5 /5 Farah A: We were served by Sam at lunchtime today and honestly he made the whole visit. The atmosphere he created was friendly, lighthearted and full of humour. It felt relaxed from the moment we sat down. The food was great and actually served hot rather than just warm which made a big difference. His service was outstanding, attentive without being intrusive and genuinely welcoming rather than just doing the job. Good service really goes a long way and can make even simple food feel special. I do not usually choose to eat in shopping centres but this experience has genuinely changed my perspective. A real credit to the restaurant, we will definitely be back. Please pass on our thanks to Sam. His warm and joking nature really stood out and made the experience memorable.

5 /5 Michal “Prosecco”: Me and my wife stopped for an early Valentines lunch on a weekday. The staff were attentive and friendly, we chose from the special Valentines menu and the waiting time was acceptable. The food looked and tasted delicious and the dessert amazing too. We will certainly come back again.
