Tony B BONA FIDE really is the light on the other side of the street at Temple Fortune. Now they serve alcohol and have an improved outside space which seems to be a bit of a Sun trap and even more warm and welcoming then ever perfect for catching the Sun with a drink in hand. But now there’s even more reason to stop by then for a perfectly made coffee, they’ve recently been granted their alcohol licence! It’s lovely to finally have the option to enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer, something this area has been missing for far too long. I’ve had their breakfast which is excellent by the way, but the other evening I wandered in after spotting someone enjoying a glass of wine with some nibbles and I’m so glad I did. They now stay open later, offering small tapas-style dishes a brilliant idea as well as larger dishes very tasty, that gives the place a relaxed, continental feel to visit in the evening as well. Attentive service, reasonable prices, and a welcoming vibe BONA FIDE is definitely one in this area to revisit again. Can also book for private parties. Will definitely be back more often. Susan Habacon This the the best place in North London to get salt beef. Cooked on the premises throughout the day so its really fresh and succulent. Very generous portion and such good value for money. Run by a serious staff who are efficient and do a roaring trade. Excellent!

Naoko It’s a very cozy place to enjoy the delicious food and drinks. The service is excellent. Kofta is a must-try. We also enjoyed the stuffed peppers, the white bean stew and the dessert!! We will be back.

The mains we tried were exceptional — the Fish & Chips was golden and crispy, with perfectly tender fish inside. The Penne Rose Pasta was rich, creamy, and full of flavor, while the Shakshuka was hearty and bursting with vibrant spices, served with a perfectly cooked egg. Each dish was prepared with care and truly stood out. The desserts, however, took the experience to another level! We indulged in their amazing selection, including the Yogurt Berry Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Froyo, Oreo Cookies Froyo, Chocolate Brownie, and Dulce de Leche. Every bite was decadent, flavorful, and the perfect way to end the meal. The variety and quality of the desserts show SOYO Café’s dedication to delivering a memorable dining experience. The service was warm and attentive, and the café itself has a cozy and welcoming vibe. With such a diverse menu and top-notch dishes, SOYO Café is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food.
