3 /5 Aoki Sanchez: I tried Chaiwalla for the first time today through Uber Eats. I really liked how everything was packed — the food arrived nicely presented and still warm, even though it took almost an hour to arrive (the driver came by bicycle). I ordered the omelette wrap and the butter chicken Bombay bowl, but unfortunately they sent me the wrong bowl — I received a Chana Masala instead. I still gave it a try; the flavour was okay, but the coleslaw on the side tasted a bit off, which made it less enjoyable. The omelette wrap, however, was nice! I imagine it would be even better if it arrived hot. It was simple, tasty, and good value — around £2-something, which I thought was very fair. Overall, I’d say the food is okay, but not something I’d rush to order again. They do have a good selection of items, and if I ever passed by one of their locations, I’d probably try the omelette again or maybe the aloo paratha next time. Also, didn’t get cutlery— I can’t walk at the moment so is very inconvenient. It’s a decent option, but this experience didn’t quite make me want to reorder.

The team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made us feel so comfortable hosting our little celebration there. A special thank you to the manager for being so accommodating and friendly. It truly made the day extra special for us. We’re very grateful for the opportunity and the lovely hospitality. Highly recommend Chaaiwala for not just great chai, but great people too! ☕✨

5 /5 MAHID KHAN: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Chaiiwala! The chai was perfectly brewed and full of flavor, and the overall vibe of the place was really welcoming. A special shoutout to Zerin—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Service like that really makes a difference. Definitely coming back again!
