1 /5 Sizzling: I’m genuinely upset to be writing this, especially as a regular customer of the Becton- Gallions reach branch. This is now the third time my order has been wrong, and today’s experience really crossed the line.
I ordered an omelette wrap with green chillies, tomatoes, and onions — and I paid for those extras. Instead, I received a wrap with cheese and tomatoes only. I never asked for cheese, and I’m actually allergic to it. That’s not just an inconvenience; that’s a serious health and safety risk.
The first two times this happened, I didn’t make a fuss. I spoke to the girl at the till, who has always been lovely and professional. But at this point, it’s clear there’s a recurring breakdown in order accuracy and quality control.
As a loyal customer, I expect the basics to be right and for my order to be safe to eat. I really hope the branch reviews their processes, because customers shouldn’t have to double-check every item to avoid an allergic reaction.
I love your food, which makes this all the more disappointing. I’m hoping this feedback drives some real improvements moving forward.
