5 /5 Tetiana Smith: We visited this place a couple of weeks ago, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The owner is a very nice and welcoming person—he’s Italian and creates a warm atmosphere for his guests.
The English breakfast was tasty, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite agree with me. I experienced strong heartburn afterward and had to take an antacid. I specifically asked if the food would be grilled without oil, and they confirmed it would be, so I’m not sure why it affected me this way. However, this seems to be more of a personal sensitivity, as my husband really enjoyed his meal and felt completely fine.
One important thing to note for future visitors is that they only accept cash. We weren’t aware of this when we arrived and placed our order, so we had to find an ATM to withdraw cash, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since we were quite hungry. Thankfully, a friend of the owner kindly helped us with a bank transfer, which they don’t normally do, so we really appreciated their flexibility.
If you’re planning to visit, I’d definitely recommend bringing cash in advance to avoid any hassle. Other than that, it’s a nice little spot with a friendly atmosphere!
