5 /5 karolina: Not an everyday thing but very good spot for traditional fish and chips. Pricey but portions are big. Fish is crispy outside and meat still juicy. I also really like their mushy peas and curry sauce. Large fish and chips is suitable to share!

We were really craving proper fish and chips and decided to try Express Fish Bar — and we’re so glad we did. We ordered the small fish and chips along with the calamari, and it came to about £19 each. Everything was absolutely delicious and completely hit the spot. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, the chips were crispy, and the calamari was perfect (as fried calamari lovers). What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. They were genuinely some of the sweetest, most patient people we’ve met since being here. They were welcoming, kind, and created such a warm, friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It’s clear they really care about their customers. If you’re craving classic fish and chips or just want a great meal with even better service, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

5 /5 V.A223: As someone who’s only ever had fish n chips in school and always thought it was fairly decent, I’ve been so curious what traditional fish n chips tasted like, so I decided to try Express Fish Bar and I was NOT disappointed at all, the food tastes so wonderful and isn’t greasy at all, the “small” cod is not small and is so crispy and you definitely get what you paid for, the chips taste amazing and the service is so lovely, great banter and very welcoming

5 /5 tony ellis: Went on Saturday with my Son, ordered large Cod, Chips, Curry sauce. The food was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. My Son said it was the best fish he tasted, the staff were friendly and joking around, nice people, will go again when in the area. Meal enough for 2 people.
