E S Really enjoyed a Friday evening meal here. The food was excellent, the service couldn’t be better, courteous and friendly. Portions were incredibly generous, everything was tasty, and I appreciated the free salad, bread, yoghurt dish and Turkish tea. The Turkish restaurants on Upper St, Islington have stopped giving salad etc at the start of the meal — which I associate with a good Turkish meal — so I’d rather come here. I was made to feel welcome as a single customer and given a nice table in the early evening. The dinner was reasonably priced given the generosity of the servings. Only shame was that I couldn’t get a small portion of the fresh chili sauce that often comes with the chicken/meat dishes, they only serve it as a large (paid) portion. One of the waiters kindly gave me some anyway, but I would suggest this is also made available for tables of 1 or 2, as it really complements the meats so nicely. Highly recommend this place, also there is a nice buzzy atmosphere and no loud music on the night that I visited, so a more relaxed atmosphere despite the buzz, customers didn’t need to shout to be heard.

Shoib Khan Palmyra’s Kitchen in Finsbury Park is a true neighborhood gem! I had an incredible dinner there recently and couldnt have been more impressed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed evening out. The food was the absolute highlight—the Lebanese and Middle Eastern flavors are authentic, fresh, and beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the mezze and the grilled meats, which were perfectly seasoned and tender. The portions are generous, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout the night. If youre in the Finsbury Park area and looking for delicious, high-quality food in a cozy setting, Palmyra’s Kitchen is a must-visit!

Terri T Ordered a lovely traditional chip shop. Chicken pie cooked to perfection, saveloy a tad smaller than i remember but chips, sweet and sour and curry sauce absolutely smashing! Running a little late on pick up, but staff called to check in and food was hot throughout. Will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou for your amazing customer service A***

aleemchatur78 Best chicken Ive had in a very long time!! I had the original broasted half chicken and spicy wings. The chicken was fresh and juicy, the coating was fantastically crispy and seasoning was sensational. The chips were crincle cut crisp style and oozed flavour. The wings were spicy, flavourful, juicy and on point! The half chicken and wings (8) was tooich for me and my wife to finish so I took the rest of the wings home for dinner :-) I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves fried chicken. Im going to try the Dubai spiced broasted chicken next time and a lot of people while I was there were ordering the shawarmas which I havent tried but love so will review that next time too.

Charlotte Bramanis What an amazing addition to Broad Street vendors. Figured Id give this a go instead of an overpriced pre-heated dessert from the restaurant I was at, and so glad I did. The waffle on a stick was A-MAZE-ING. Well worth the money! I spoke to the owner while our fresh waffles were being made; theyve only been there a couple of weeks and still getting organised, that being said, the small waffle selection at the moment is worth going to try! Crepes and other snacks coming soon!
