5 /5 Emma-jean West: In my opinion the best Chinese food I have had and I will only ever use happy garden. Food portions are great. Always tastes amazing. Atmosphere is good. 10/10.

1 /5 Amanda Gibbons: I was craving a Chinese curry and chose the roast duck curry ( the most expensive of the curries) Unfortunately every mouthful of duck was fatty. I ended up only eating onions in the sauce with my rice. Such a disappointment as I’ve always had fabulous takeaways from the happy garden.

3 /5 Sarah Edwards: Such a shame this evening we went in to order some food , they said about an hour wait which was fine , but we waited for 2 hours , think you need to stop taking online delivery when it get too much for you ! As you seem to can’t cope with them keeping coming in and then with walk ins too Maybe have an app to tell people when their food is ready so they can collect !

The food consistently hits the mark—the Salt and Pepper Squid and Singapore Noodles are personal highlights, always packed with flavor and served hot. ​What really sets this place apart, though, is the team. Despite how busy they get on Friday and Saturday nights, the staff are always polite and efficient. Deliveries are usually surprisingly quick, and if you go in to collect, you’re always greeted with a friendly smile. It’s that local, family-run feel that keeps us coming back. Reliable, tasty, and great service every time!
