5 /5 Thompson Stephen “Stevo”: Ordered online via the website and payment took, waited hour and half to which nothing. Rang up to then be told they havent received the order, and wont send the new order out until the manager can confirm payment on there website (estimated another 45 minutes!). Wanted to then recharge me for the order! Madness. Waiting for a refund and now looking for a new Chinese takeaway. Sad times **edit - now sorted and apology given, food has always been fantastic and hopefully this was a one off**
