5 /5 Nick Wood: Food was absolutely fantastic! Had my usual double patty burger and was delicious. Have come many times and I feel now is the time to give a big shout out to our waiter Chris. Has looked after us a handful of times and I feel that now is the time to credit him for the amazing service he provides.

5 /5 Milinda Dewala Muni: I went there recently and honestly had such a lovely time. Natalie showed me to my table and she was so welcoming – big smile really friendly. I didn’t even have a reservation but she made me feel right at home straight away. I was served by Scarlett and Millie and they were both brilliant – super nice friendly and really attentive without being over the top. The whole place just had that comfy homely feel. It wasn’t too busy which was great. The food was spot on proper tasty. The salad corner was a highlight – unlimited salad and drinks and the portion sizes were very decent. The atmosphere was cosy with a lovely vibe. Absolutely loved the place would definitely recommend it and will 100% be going back.

The interior is lovely – warm, inviting, and well-presented, with a clean and comfortable layout that makes you feel relaxed straight away. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant without being too noisy, making it a great spot for a casual meal or a family outing. The food was equally impressive. Everything was nicely presented and tasted fresh, but the highlight for me was the BBQ Chicken Stack – it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the menu offered a good variety of choices for all tastes. Overall, Harvester Bells of Quezlet delivered on both quality and comfort, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a well-rounded dining experience.

The service is very good and try to get a table that gives views to the river It’s a busy street and good to see the people and traffic walk by and yet it’s very calming to sit here and enjoy the drink and food. 2 /5 Pauline Wilson: The last couple of our visits to the Bells of Ouzeley have been quite disappointing. Both times it seemed understaffed as it was difficult to find our waitress. When ordering food, one of the vegetarian options (cheese stuffed pasta shells) was out of stock so we had to make different choices. We both chose the halloumi skewers and then the sauce that I wanted was also unavailable. When the skewers came out, there were no flatbreads. When I asked the waitress she replied that they had run out! This wasnt made clear when we were ordering. My eldest son chose the meat free meatball pasta from the kids menu. When it came out the meatballs looked awful. He tried to eat them but they were rock hard! He also said that the vegetables he had were undercooked. I mentioned to the waitress and she said she would tell the kitchen, but there was no offer of ordering something else or of a refund by way of apology. We ordered refill drinks but most of the flavours for the pepsi were greyed out and unavailable. My youngest son had to ask if he could have the activity pack as he wasnt given one when we arrived. And then when it came to paying we couldnt find our waitress. The table next to us had a group who were using foul language and swearing loudly non-stop. I would have complained to the waitress if shed been more available. The last time we visited I had to send food back (Garden Gourmet chicken pieces) as they were rock hard and impossible to chew and the salad bar was mostly empty. The Bells of Ouzeley used to be a really nice restaurant and we would go there especially, but its gone so downhill in recent years, I would not be keen to return anytime soon. Very disappointing considering its lovely location next to the Thames.
