3 /5 Toyin Nana: I’m not usually a big fan of KFC, but this meal with rice was really good , I’ll definitely go back for more! I also enjoyed the sweet chili bites, I just wish there were more of them.

It was sour corn, the sauce had a strange taste, the old salad had already changed color and tasted strange. The rice is not as it should be. The only thing that was edible was the meat and wegies.You pay for fresh food and get half the garbage

1 /5 Ahmmed Miraj: NO KIOSK! NO TOILET! NO STAFF! Very disappointed with their customer service today. If you have no staff to clean the toilets and provide facilities to the customers, please do not allow people to sit inside for eating in. You better offer takeaway only. Also, if you have seating for more than 10 people, you must legally have toilets access to the customers FYI! Your all toilets were out of order and there was no visible sign on the door. We asked one of your staff if theres anywhere we can use toilet nearby and if they know? Staff were too busy to cooperate. Just saying sorry isnt any solution. They were running like chickens. I must say, very hardworking team! All of your kiosks are out of order as well! Only one person taking orders! Huge long queue and just 1 till wasnt enough. Took 20 mins just to take orders. At some point there was no one at the till to take orders. High street chicken shops have better Management than yours mate! Didnt feel like usual KFC at all! Your team is great. Worse management! Take care of your team members and increase your budget guys!

1 /5 Sopen Barua: KFC is cheating with customers now a days, really disappointing. Their staff and manager don’t know how to behave with customers even. I went KFC at Maryland retail park at Dagenham on last Friday and ordered 8 pieces chicken bucket. When I received my food I noticed 6 pieces chicken size is standard but other 2 pieces are too too small wings. I asked them about it they said it is their policy but I didn’t understand their logic especially what their manager said, name Arifin ( maybe). And the funny part is they hide these small pieces at the bottom so that customer can’t notice at the time of receiving. I am really upset about the behaviour of the staff and KFC. I think KFC don’t care about customer complain since they are a big brand!

During my visit, I experienced several issues with both the food quality and the service provided. The food served was cold, the chicken had a bitter taste, and the chips were soggy. This was extremely disappointing, as it did not meet the standard I expect from your restaurant. Additionally, we informed a staff member about the issue and specifically requested that the food be served warm. Unfortunately, our request was ignored, and the food was returned to us still cold and tasteless. This lack of attention to customer concerns further added to our disappointment.
