1 /5 Jeny K C: On 19 January at exactly 5:57 PM, I visited KFC for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I politely asked the staff member on shift not to put ice in my Pepsi, but she did not respond and behaved very rudely. When handing over my order, she placed the food on the counter in a careless, almost throwing manner, and slammed the Pepsi on the table very loudly.
The overall behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional. This was my first visit, and it left a very negative impression. What makes it more upsetting is that my friends have shared similar experiences, which makes me wonder if this behavior is directed toward Asian customers.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it is shameful for a brand like KFC to have staff who behave this way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.
