Isobel Coley This place is amazing. The vegan food we had was top tier. Very similar to Tofu Vegan (which we like to support as a fully vegan place, but this is way closer). The prices are similar but the portions seem bigger. We had the black fungus, spicy wantons, duck, kung po chicken and cumin lamb. Chicken and lamb were standouts, but everything delicious. Disabled friendly with enough room for wheelchair access and a disabled toilet on the same level. The service was great and attentive. Music not too loud and ambient noise good (although it wasn’t packed when we were there). Will be back!

Stephanie Black Photography I had lunch at Piccolo Mondo in Southampton and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. As a vegetarian, I was really pleased with the amount of choice on the menu. It’s always nice when an Italian restaurant goes beyond the basics and Piccolo Mondo definitely does. I ordered the Penne all’Arrabbiata along with some garlic bread, and both were absolutely delicious. The arrabbiata had a surprising amount of heat, which I personally loved, it had that perfect kick without overpowering the flavour of the sauce. The garlic bread, though, was something special. Fresh, soft, and packed with flavour… honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I’d go back just for that. The staff were amazing throughout the meal. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. They struck the right balance of making you feel welcome while also giving you space to enjoy your meal. The food arrived promptly but never felt rushed, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Portion sizes were generous too, so I didn’t have any room left for dessert, although the menu looked tempting! Overall, Piccolo Mondo delivered excellent food, great service, and a warm, authentic feel. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you’re veggie and appreciate good, flavourful Italian dishes.

I P Visiting Upper Richmond Caffe in Richmond with my family turned out to be an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel immediately at home. The food was simply exquisite, with each dish serving as a testament to the culinary excellence we had heard so much about. Every bite was a burst of flavor that had us all savoring the moment. But what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service. The staff were not just attentive but genuinely kind, ensuring that our family time was comfortable, enjoyable, and truly special. It’s a rarity to find a place that impressively combines delectable food with great service, making our visit memorable. Upper Richmond Caffe has certainly earned a well-deserved 5 stars from us, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for a quality dining experience in Richmond.

Sophia Ali Amazing service and great tasting food. Such a huge variety of meals to choose from too. I chose the Halal options, the owner confirmed that there is no cross contamination as everything is cooked completely separately from the few non halal products they serve. Free parking on nearby streets for the first hour too.

Sarah Roach We’ve eaten a lot of Eritrean food and this place is delicious. We ordered the chicken tibs, lamb awaze tibs, and the vegetarian platter and every single thing had great flavor all around. We also enjoyed the vibes - lots of locals and felt like eating dinner alongside family. Looking forward to coming back time and time again!

Island Nanna Had a great time here at a murder mystery event. The food was delicious, and the service was fast and efficient.
