We were so incredibly looked after for the whole afternoon, cooked some delicious food with high-quality Vietnamese ingredients and learnt how to cook authentic Vietnamese food from the very best. T S We had the seven-course tasting menu and I swapped the mushroom risotto for a tomato dish. The service was attentive and friendly throughout. The scallops were delicious and paired perfectly with the romesco sauce. The duck was tender with just the right amount of juicy fat. A couple of small downsides were the bread, which tasted a bit like airplane bread, and the desserts, which were a little too sweet for my liking. Overall, it was a great meal, and everyone really enjoyed it. Good value for the price and I’ll definitely be back!

J Wetenhall The Duke is a fantastic venue for a party. We held an 18th birthday party in the marquee at the back of the pub and the landlord and his staff pulled out all the stops to make it a fantastic night. The party lighting in the marquee was spot on, drinks were ordered and delivered on demand into the marquee, the Chinese buffet was great, and there was a cocktail bar just outside the marquee. This is indeed Marlow’s hidden gem!
