5 /5 A Rifat: Absolutely beautifu! Great ambiance lovely attentive staff and immaculate service. The food was amazing definitely worth of money authentic food and good portions of size drinks were marvellous. Highly recommended if ur in this area.

It was quiet, we went early on a Sunday, but the dining room is elegant yet comfortable and tranquil, and has a lovely vibe. We were offered a cocktail, quite fabulous and a wonderful complement to our meal. We shall return!

3 /5 Dev: Came to Mala at lunchtime with girlfriends. Food was bland and missing salt in most things. We order paneer cashew dish but when it arrived, was told they stop using cashews due to allergies. This should have been mentioned during the ordering stage, not when it arrives. I ordered methi paratha it came with dried methi, not fresh. Service was poor considering it was quiet. We werent told they shut at 3pm - we arrived at 2pm. The waiters had coats on and it was so cold in the restaurant that we had to keep our coats on too. Was not a pleasant experience which is a shame as the decor is beautiful.

From the moment we were seated, Foysal went above and beyond to make our dining experience truly special. No matter how many questions we had about the menu, ingredients, or even recommendations, Foysal was always there with a friendly smile and a detailed answer. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they patiently explained everything we needed to know, making sure we felt comfortable with our choices. Whether it was dietary restrictions, customization requests, or even just curious inquiries about the dishes, they were attentive and accommodating every step of the way. What really stood out was their genuine enthusiasm for making our experience enjoyable. They checked on us regularly, ensuring our needs were met without being overbearing. The level of care and attentiveness we received was truly above and beyond. Its rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and it made our meal all the more enjoyable. The food was very tasty and delicious, enough portions. Food arrived 40 mins late and person on the phone made out to me that the food was on its way BEFORE food was actually collected by a driver. Food came cold aswell. Probably a better experience in the restaurant. But very disappointed with delivery time and being lied to by the restaurant
