Tony R Lovely service and food as usual. The car park is a bit crowded these days. This is due to McDonalds converting 2 of the click and serve bays to electric charging bays. They then made another 2 new click and serve bays next to the electric charging bays. Not ideal when parking was already scarce.

A TheSpur Absolutely in love with this restaurant and the wonderful family who run it. The food is so authentic and home-made, it feels like you’re their guest - every visit and they treated us (and treat us!) so very well. Sometimes if I know we will visit for dinner, I purposefully don’t eat all day and try two of the mains, as they’re incredibly moreish. Even the deserts which follow are immaculate and authentic. Looking forward to my next visit, having visited many times before.

All the staff were very friendly and made our experience even better. Emily, the manager, answered all my questions when I was making the booking and ensured we got the prime spot - thank you! Jamie Roberts We’ve been driving past ChefCheer for weeks and finally decided to give it a go one Sunday evening. The restaurant was very quiet and its relatively small inside. Decor and music made us feel like we’re back home in Egypt. This Iraqi/Persian food is so so good. Really generous portions and super tasty. We were given a complimentary bowl of lentil soup, which I would 100% go back for! The lamb kozi just melted in your mouth and the mixed grill was delicious. The only disappointment was the okra stew which was a little slimey. There looked like there’s a large table toward the back but otherwise tables are for 2-4 people. If you’re a big group I would recommend booking. We need to give this local restaurant some love! We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other dishes.

Martin Kimber Absolutely outstanding food. Well on par with far more expensive equivalents in central London. The staff were very hospitable too. The beer was slightly expensive for the area and maybe one or two too many kids (not the restaurant’s fault), but great atmosphere and decor. A stand out gem in Cheam, highly recommend. Also nice that it IS dog friendly (something they could do a better job of advertising).

David Ashton Really friendly service! Had the avocado and poached egg baguette, tasted soooo nice. Place is very clean and has more of a restaurant feel than a cafe but with a more personal friendly service. Oh yeah and make sure to have some of the cake, Chocolate cake was delicious.
