1 /5 Jenny Adams: The food was of a very low quality considering the price that we paid for the meal. Do not have the ribs they are expensive for what they are and so not taste very nice. The fish basket was mediocre at best the fish was mostly batter and the squid and scampi tasteless.

1 /5 Christopher Walker: Really difficult to find any positives about this restaurant. Its a shame that its the only major sit down food place on site and the prices are therefore not particularly cheap - when you compare the prices to the actual quality of food, it is nothing short of complete disappointment... The microwaves must be working overtime to get the food out and even then, it still took an absolute age to actually arrive and was lukewarm, suggesting it had been sat under heat lamps for a while before coming out. Even for microwave, mass catering meals, the food was so bad. The lasagne tasted worse than any ready meal version you may have tried, and what you could probably pick up for a £1 at Iceland was over £13 here. No offers available on a Saturday dinner time so you are paying full price for adult and kids meals, and when even the kids are not happy with their nuggets and fries you know it must be bad. I dont think any within our party of 6 had any positives to say. I am not writing this to purely be critical but to help anyone else staying at Haven to think carefully before deciding to dine here. You cant even say you get what you pay for as the quality was not even remotely close to justifying the cost.

5 /5 paul king: First time here great service staff exemplary to detail chicken and meatball pasta meals very tasty as were the sticky toffee and the apple n black cherry crumble definitely will go again. We went again had Gammon and pineapple coleslaw also a very good meal and once again cannot praise our waiter Chris highly enough very polite communication excellent. As with all staff great service could do with these guys in our local.

3 /5 Manda Moo: The food was good when we finally got it. Service was slow. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Run by kids. Extra training needed especially on communication and giving change.
