2 /5 Paul Graham: The drive through was backed up for a 25 minute wait on a Monday lunchtime.
The food was cooked but cold (and I mean the fries were dry with no heat in them) so I ended up parking and waiting a further 6 minutes to return the food. This was done without question but worst of all, no apology, just a “there you go” comment.
So our our experience wasn’t good, well below the standard received from other branches.
5 /5 Helen Crocker: Fancied some food and there was a mix up with my order when I went to the drive through. But the staff quickly responded and organised a refund and then gave me what I ordered for free.
So a big thank you to all the men who served me.
1 /5 brandon h: Manager named Alex extremely rude shouting at me to leave the restaurant for requesting a manager 4 times and waiting 10 minutes for one to show up. This restaurant has big issues with management. Extremely unprofessional and it reflects on the rest of the staff. I will keep making formal complaints until staff here start treating customer the right way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. Will also be making a formal complaint.
1 /5 chloe jenkins: Went to McDonalds to get some food cause I was feeling severely hungover. Long to get home unwrap my burger and find a thorn on the bun. I called them and they insinuated that I was lying then started taking about me to a colleague whilst I was on the phone. Was VERY passive agressive on the phone. YOU GUYS do my burger wrong then YO think you have the right to speak to a customer like that????????!!!!!!!!! Terrible service. And my chilli cheese bite was empty. Sort it out !!!!!!!!!!
1 /5 Advertisement camp: Worse customer service I have ever experienced. The senior manager named Alfonso extremely rude and a disgrace to the company. He should not be representing this company let alone managing and leading people. This guy needs to be investigated for Gross misconduct. He called me a customer an idiot for askimg for his name and suggesting I would give fedback. His reply was so you want to complain go ahead I dont care. How can you have a manager talking and being a represetantive for such a big company behaving this way. Loads of nasty comments said and just unapologetic about a customer disatisfaction to the point he would refuse taking my complaint and insult me. Never coming here again and will do a formal complaint to the company. This is out of order. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone with this level for customer service. Pathetic.
Tayyab Bhatti The food was good as always. Being a regular customer of Naseer Bhai, Taste of Pakistan never disappoints. Ordered Chicken Charsi Karahi and Chapli Kebab. Both are my favourite.
The service I experienced today was very good. All the staff welcomed me. The girl Hayat gave us fantastic service, asked couple of times if we need something. Great experience.
Sade Ann Absolutely Great Morning Breakfast with Rumi!!
When ordering the staff were polite and explained that there is a wait with the food. Expected with the amount of people that was there.
We had fun singing and dancing with rumi the kids had the best time. ahh finished went back to the table and food was with us within 10 minutes.
The food all came together and there was something on the menu for all of us including my fussy little one.

Warrick Brown Cracking evening at the Bouch. The flavour in general in the food has some of the best depth I’ve tasted in French cooking.
Staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
Atmosphere was great, bustling but not cramped, very convivial.
It’s pricey and the portion sizes are on the small side, but the quality is there.
Ceren Amazing atmosphere, very cosy and friendly. The pizza was fresh and so tasty! It was one of the best pizza’s i’ve had! Very fast service, welcoming and friendly staff! Thank you LunaBlu!
