N Q Really great experience at the Goring Dining room. We celebrated my partners birthday and every detail had been considered. The staff were very friendly and approachable, we were made to feel very welcome and the food was exceptional. Perfect place to celebrate something special or as a treat.

Benjamin Tubbs We had such a lovely visit to the Carpenters Arms recently! The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Warm and cozy atmosphere inside. The outside area is just as charming – a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a drink. Great to see that the prices seem to have been reduced to a more affordable level. It makes such a difference and means we’ll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommended!

Humayra Chowdhury I ordered the tuna katleesi and mixed mishkaki. Both dishes are oozing with flavour. The food came out very quickly. Would highly recommend this place 10/10.

AussieIslander This is a lovely old pub just outside the centre of Guildford. If youre walking on the Pilgrims’ Way, this is a great place to stop and refuel. Its a short walk to St Catherines Chapel. Alternatively, weve done round-trip walks from here to Watts Gallery in one direction, and St Marthas Church in the other. Both make for good day walks from the pub. The pizzas are huge and perfect for sharing. Good coffee, too. Id reserve a table if you can as it tends to get busy.

Omar Love this shop!! old school keeping the heritage/history alive for the East end! Took my mother inlaw her shes old school north London girl, she loved it. O and she guess the year right for when this shop opened.
