Ben Slater We had Sunday lunch here and loved the upstairs area. Its a place with lots of soul, with relaxed family & kid friendly vibes and lots of good views over the canal. Roasts were super tasty, and everyone seemed friendly. A stones throw from the edge of Springfield Park :)

Ai Nice, chilled cafe with a relaxed atmosphere. I was able to enjoy a nice coffee and a slice of cake and spend some time working on my laptop. The server was also very friendly. In the weekends, it can get a bit more rowdy with more people and children.

Little Punjab - Lewisham

Emma Bird My colleagues and I ordered from Little Punjab on Friday for our Christmas party. The food was beyond amazing, tasty, full of flavour, and by far the best of its kind that I have ever tasted. I look forward to ordering for my friends and family members in the very near future.

Simon Rhodes Always come here after dropping wife off at airport. Food & service excellent. Great full English & coffee. But loads of alternatives like pancakes & Rancheros.Always busy. Music level can be on high side. One minor gripe, get proper Coleman’s English mustard. Heinz is terrible.

Andrew Downing The developing (as of end 2025) Caravan Tech outreach program? Seriously, not only did Caravan Tech fit me in for pressing work on my motorhome, at very short notice, Ian bussed me the short journey to the Merriments Café. Where we got a very dog-friendly welcome and settled into a log-burner heated snug with leather sofas and chairs. The rising price of coffees is not confined to this place, however. A popular venue which comprises tiled floors, country pine tables and some imaginative use of umbrellas hung from the conservatory-styled roof, to combat heat gain. Decent Wi-Fi helps, too. At the time of writing the early stages of the project plan to move the CT side of the business to this site is evident. My experience of both the café, the sale of equipment and spares and the workshop have been exemplary. Kudos. There is a baked goods display and a kitchen turning out food which seemed to go down just fine. I will happily return
