1 /5 Lilia Harvey: Grill was broken for starters so had to order meals that weren’t our first choice. Wasn’t too bothered about that until our meals came out cold and raw. Sent the meals back and my boyfriend’s meal still came back cold and raw at the end of the chicken again and mine was just luke warm. One member of staff laughed and was quite patronising when we complained about the chicken being under done. Never got an apology or any compensation just a new meal that wasn’t even “new”. Also we weren’t the only ones to complain about the food! How can a restaurant specialise in chicken and serve it under cooked…

5 /5 Vanessa: Never had a bad nandos here! Wine is lovely. I usually have the red. The olives, medium chicken, rice and chips. Chicken livers.. omg.. love it. We have a discount card and it really helps. I am not overly keen on the new layout. I dont think it flows like it should. The middle was how it worked with washing hands and grabbing the plates and napkins. If youre sat at the back, its a walk all the way to the front to do all that. Service is always good and fast.

They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a team that works with such genuine care and professionalism, and they truly made the visit enjoyable. A huge thank you to Sayed, Gina, and John for their fantastic service you’re a credit to the restaurant. Highly recommended!

5 /5 christine: Food was served fast and hot, and the place was clean and spotless. The service crew was friendly and welcoming — you could really see their camaraderie and teamwork. Mario at the till and Andrew, who served our food, were both polite and very friendly. Great service overall! Thanks guys for a lovely dinner experience.
