Amritas Kitchen -
Jay Mo I’ve been traveling for a couple of days now. My first stop was Denver, Colorado, where I couldn’t find any halal food at the airport — most options were buffalo or turkey, and even the salads came with raw onions. Then I had a 9-hour flight to London, and there wasn’t really anything suitable for me on the plane either, since I’ve been following a low-carb, no-sugar diet for a while.
When I finally got to my hotel, I checked for nearby places to eat and found this spot. I was genuinely surprised — the food tasted homemade, absolutely delicious, and the staff was not only kind and welcoming but also took the time to explain the dishes really well. I mentioned my dietary preferences, and she recommended a slightly spicy dish — the lamb curry. The meat was perfectly cooked, and the spices were balanced beautifully.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for halal, flavorful, comforting food and great service!
