Emily Osborne Fantastic lunch at Oxtwo. Friendly staff, accommodating our parties requirements and utterly delicious food. Every plate was beautifully presented and fairly priced. Even the childrens menu was on point. The restaurant itself was clean and had a lovely feel. I can imagine on a busy evening the atmosphere inside is wonderful. Great job guys. Sad to live too far away to travel to regularly. Definitely worth a visit. 5* all round

william stannard I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spice Lounge, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Oxford. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The food was equally impressive — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and you could really taste the authenticity and attention to detail. If you’re looking for exceptional food paired with top-tier service in Oxford, I highly recommend Spice Lounge. The staff truly made the experience special, and I’ll definitely be returning!

N M Had a really lovely dinner. The restaurant has a dark, cosy feel with beautiful paintings along the walls, lovely for a relaxed winter evening. I had the rabbit & tarragon pie with rosemary carrots and broccoli. The pie was memorable because instead of the usual pastry lid on a dish, it came as a round pastry ball filled with the pie inside. It felt special and tasted absolutely delicious. Trifle was also good. It wasn’t very busy when I visited (early dinner), but it was a calm, comfortable atmosphere. Service was good and attentive without being overbearing.

Moniek Lukkes I walked over from Blenheim Palace for a Sunday roast at the Woodstock Arms. I dont think I have had a bigger, tastier Sunday roast than the one I got served here. The beef was delicious, with all the classic staples: yorkshire pudding, gravy, potatoes and veg. Delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and didnt mind at all that I took up the table for a while because I was painting and drawing.

Lucy Mcmorran We had a large family function hosted here and wow what a beautiful building, incredibly well kept with so much character and charm. Despite the unfortunate circumstances of us being there, the staff were absolutely phenomenal. They really couldn’t have done more for us and were incredibly patient. If I lived closer this would definitely be somewhere I would frequently visit.

sushant tiwari Review for Lavender Restaurant It’s the main restaurant at the Weston Manor and is based in the ground floor overlooking the beautiful manicured lawns and gardens of the Manor House. It’s got a terrace outside as well which was closed when we visited but looks like a nice place for a drink before the dinner ( in summers ). The food was delicious and we tried the scallops / Ham as starters and steak / pasta for mains. All the dishes were well made and of good quality and standard. The steak with peppercorns sauce was tender and juicy. The pesto pasta was very tasty too. The pricing is on par for any good restaurant or a gastro pub in Cotswolds. Meal for 2 can be easily 200 depending on how many drinks you have. The tiramisu was an interesting version of the original Italian version, it was ok but that was the only thing which in my opinion can be made better or maybe go for the classic style.
