5 /5 Tsunami: Loved the food here! Especially given that they do chicken thighs…! A rare sight for chicken shops.
We took takeaway so can’t comment much on the resto itself.
Staff seemed kind and service was good. Interesting stickers in the bathroom.
On food: the chicken is excellent. If you are sensitive towards blue cheese avoid the blue cheese flavour as it is really strong. Instead of it being a blue cheese sauce like most other places you actually get chunks of blue cheese!
5 /5 Daniel Penfold: Lovely little discovery... diner feel chicken place.. everything feeling super fresh and really well judged.. Lots of great flavours and perfect amount of heat. Coming back the next chance we get. This time was mid evening snack before heading home after theatre visit Another night guessing it would be equally good for more relaxed longer date night. Good work guys .
4 /5 Sauce Ville: These are probably the crunchiest wings in London. Tried the Korean, hot honey and the buffalo version. Sadly the flavours just didn’t hit the spot. Felt like the wings needed just a bit more heat/flavour. Drinks felt like cordials and there were too many fruit flies considering we’re in winter. Overall great wings and worth trying. Still think thunderbird takes the top spot for London’s best wings as of 2025
5 /5 Meow interlude: The food was really amazing and the portions were perfect. And if you eat in you get free sides which is amazing. The servers were really nice and friendly too. Overall, its just amazing.
I highly recommend the gruffalo blue burger with the sweet potato fries.
5 /5 Zack Pearce: Fantastic little joint!
The chicken definitely lived up to the hype.
I had the Smokey One burger hoping the chipotle sauce wasnt too hot for me and fortunately it was just on my limit. The sauce did have a lovely taste to it though so I dont mind a bit of a kick afterwards. It was a satisfying mess to eat too!
The Chimichurri Smashed Potatoes didnt quite live up to rave reviews Id seen though.
They were fresh, well coated and a big portion but only a few were really crispy. Still quite enjoyable!
My Dad had some Peckalo flavoured wings. They were pretty spicy too but the actual flavour of the sauce wasnt very nice so he didnt enjoy them much.
We shared some garlic parmesan thighs and they were fantastic. Super crispy coating but also quite light. Plenty of topping on them too.
The chicken gravy was also delicious and ideal for softening the fire in our mouths.
The place itself is a good vibe and the guy serving was a pleasure.
Definitely one of the better fried chicken joints in the city and somewhere Ill very likely return to in the future.
Matt ONeill Really great food and friendly team. Fantastic à la carte as well as set menu option (standard/veggie), great cocktails and a decent wine selection. Buzzing atmosphere and really popular. Highly recommend, food is delicious with bold flavours and generous portion sizes.
Jane Linton Lovely restaurant with fabulous food, book ahead. This is a locals favourite!
Very cute, cosy and a heap of character which is made truly authentic by kitchen staff & welcoming crew.
Thalis offered for a really reasonable dinner (£25) which gives a true taste of Nepal.
Emana Mangue Miguel “MP MANGUE” Incredible place with an African atmosphere, I felt at home with the welcoming treatment of the staff, the food was delicious although and at a good price, the live music. The only thing I didnt like is that the space is small, it should be a bigger place. For everything else, great. They deserve four stars!!!
V C Absolutely loved this coffee spot! Tried their Peanut Butter Coffee, and it was simply superb—creamy, nutty, and really unique. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made my day even better. Highly recommend stopping by for a special treat!
