5 /5 NAAZISH SALIM: Honest Review
The only drawback is that they don’t have a baby-changing facility , otherwise, everything was perfect!
The girl Aqsa and the other staff member (forgot the name) gave mind-blowing customer service.
Now about the food — OMG! I’m from Karachi, so I know what proper, spicy, flavorful food should taste like. Their Karahi was authentic, rich in spices, and absolutely delicious. The Kabuli Pulao was out of this world — soft, fresh rice, not stale or burnt, and perfectly cooked. They even made a less spicy version of the Karahi for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The only tiny issue was that the chicken in the pulao was slightly overcooked, but honestly, it didn’t take away from how good everything tasted.
Loved the food, loved the service , will definitely come back! one suggestion please keep colour pencils coloring books for kids and even lollipops at reception as it will make kids settle down easily so parents can eat relax
