4 /5 Dean Chilcott: We recently stayed at the Premier Inn, London Ruislip ahead of Oasis, and overall had a really good experience. The reception staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. They managed to secure us an early check-in so we could drop our bags off, which was a huge help. We were hoping to grab some lunch at the restaurant afterwards, only to find it had unfortunately closed down and this wasnt advised when we booked the room last year so just be aware of this when booking. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, the beds were very comfortable, and having loads of free parking on-site was a big plus. Just remember to pop your reg plate into the little machine by reception when you arrive. The only downside for us was the noise. We were in room 7, directly opposite the stairs, and could hear every creak and bang when people went up or down the stairs. Even if someone tried to be quiet, you could still hear it. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be worth requesting a room a bit further away from the stairwell. That said, the staff here really make the place. They were genuinely helpful, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you to the team for making our stay a pleasant one.
