5 /5 Chai Kwok: The real deal. Best ramen in town. ​I’ve spent a lot of time in Japan, and this is the first place in Oxford that actually hits those authentic notes. The Tonkotsu broth is incredibly rich and creamy—clearly simmered for hours, not a powdered shortcut. ​The noodles have that perfect "snap," and the chashu pork literally melts in your mouth. Authentic vibes, open kitchen, and zero compromise on quality. If you want a bowl that tastes like it came from a Tokyo alleyway, this is the spot.

5 /5 Yunyee Green: Lovely ramen place, the food was tasty and it came out very quickly. The waiter was pleasant and efficient- checking on our meal a couple of times to ask how everything was. Definitely recommended for a casual bite to eat for lunch/dinner.
