1 /5 Logan Hartness: I’m sorry to write this but there was ginger hair in my food that i had ordered. The waitress was so rude and had a moody face the whole time serving me and my friends. I am so disgusted by the service in this place as i saw every one of the workers behind the bar with a headphone in one ear and they kept ignoring my requests for a glass of water with ice. A boy who looked around 15 kept glaring at me from inside the kitchen which made me feel so uncomfortable to the point i wanted to complain to the manager. I saw about 3 employees who looked around 15/16 which i think is very odd when i’ve heard good things about this restaurant/hotel. I am so disappointed about my dinner here and I hope something changes about this place. Thank you

5 /5 Lauren Hounsome: Best roast dinner I have had out in ages. Excellent service, and amazing food. Very well priced. Never waiting long for your meal and always well placed between meals. Can’t recommend highly enough

5 /5 Nigel Cooper: Waterside Gateway had their New Year meal for 63 people at The Boathouse. Everything was amazing from the meals to the service and the friendly staff. Thank you to all at the Boathouse we all enjoyed the day.

3 /5 Rob: Good food but haven’t been in a while due to my last visit. Very slow service and they forgot we ordered a dessert so we got a refund a left. Fully understand if it’s busy but there were only 4 tables so hardly busy at all.

5 /5 Tom A.: Great view, great quality food, young but very professional staff. Limited car park time but plenty for lunch. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
