3 /5 Annette Fuhriman: It was not what I expected. I can’t comment on the food because nothing seemed appealing.
Pros:
Good service
Decent hot chocolate
Very dog friendly (dog menu and dog beds)
Cons:
Menu doesn’t fit the aesthetic
Empty pastry case
4 /5 David Cohen: I am a regular customer of R&J, but usually restrict myself to coffee and occasional cake. The new owners have expanded their menu with some Indian dishes and today I succumbed to temptation and had the Palak Paneer with paratha. Im so glad I did. I look forward to working my way through all items on the "Masala menu".
5 /5 Mozhgan Zadeh: I had a wonderful experience at a coffee shop that I chose for my daughters birthday celebration. The place was incredibly clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They created a beautiful and charming decoration for my daughter. I highly recommend this coffee shop for any occasion.
Ferhat Sana Lovely place! The walnut baklava was light and tasty, and the fresh tea in a warm, friendly atmosphere made me feel great. Definitely coming back!
Lauren Lake I recently stayed here for 3 nights with my partner after travelling from Yorkshire. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely male who explained the hotel had recently undergone a renovation. The room we had was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were available if needed. Room had everything we needed such as an iron & ironing board & hot drinks such as tea, coffee & hot chocolate sachets were provided.
We dined in the pub and the food was absolutely amazing! I especially enjoyed the mexican bowl! Great portions and good value for money.
All the staff we came in contact with were friendly, polite & very helpful.
We will definitely stay here again.!
Sarah Iwata Great food and fantastic atmosphere. Pizza was very authentic and fun for a large group. Pasta strangely arrived a little late but did not matter - was perfectly cooked with fragrant sauce with a little kick of heat, our 9 year old cleaned the plate. We’ll definitely return or get take away - no more pizza chains for us!
Kai gloystein One of the best pizzas in London!
As Germans, we were absolutely impressed by the quality. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff was so cool that they even let us play our own music. Also, a big plus for the beer – it tastes very similar to a proper German Pilsner. We had a great time and will definitely be back!"
Bethany Loh I haven’t eaten here… YET! But I had no choice other than to make a special trip here just to take this photo! This is our Dog Aslan. He was rescued from the streets of Kalkan in Turkey and is the softest most loveable dog anyone would ever meet. He gets very excited at the smell of Turkish food since his career in Turkey as a professional beggar at restaurants. I had to bring him for a photo at Aslan’s Kitchen. We are local and will certainly be ordering from here very soon
