5 /5 Steve W: Best restaurant on the Isle of Wight? RT Café Grill hosted us for a special 80th birthday celebration, and we dined in one of the two private rooms. Firstly, the customer service in the lead up was excellent, sharing menus and all the information we needed. Then, the room itself is stunning. The decor, open view of the kitchen, and the sea through the garden doors. Finally, the food exceeded all of our expectations from the first course to the last. The ingredients, creativity and care that went into each dish was first class. I look forward to returning to eat upstairs in the main restaurant, which has a super, brasserie vibe. I can’t thank RT and the team enough for making it a day we’ll remember.

5 /5 Charlotte Chaplin: From the moment we stepped in we were treated like Royalty. Robert and his team could not do enough for us, from rearranging furniture, creating cocktails that were not on the menu, introducing us to a new delicious Island Gin and bringing us blankets on the terrace. We said we were just coming for drinks but that didnt stop the team making a real fuss for us. Exceptional service, fabulous food and drinks and an amazing atmosphere. Can’t wait to return. Order the Montgomery’s. Cheddar Cheese Gougeres, you won’t regret it. Thank you RT Grill team, you were the highlight to our girls weekend.

5 /5 Nikol Hristova: Great atmosphere, food, and service. The staff were extremely polite and the sous-chef came to visit us and gift a small free box of chocolates for the occasion we had book the restaurant for. The atmosphere is very clean, quiet, relaxing with a view of the sea. The food itself is very delicious and honestly, their panacotta is the best one I have ever tried. The best dessert that I highly recommend you try!

5 /5 Nicole du preez: Wowie, this is a special spot. We sat outside on the terrace and braved the cold (so worth it). From the moment we walked through the door, we were spoilt. The service is exceptional! The team were really friendly and made us feel so comfortable, even bringing us cozy blankets. The drinks were great and the snacks delicious!

5 /5 Daniel Gillborn: This place is really quite special. We popped in for coffee, had breakfast and then ended up having a tour of the wine cellar and private dining areas. Really happy staff makes a really happy environment for us to enjoy. Robert Thompson should be really proud of what he has created. We will definitely be back with friends for lunch or dinner.
