Mark Lovell Booked a table at this lovely bar and restaurant, what a experience. Had a drink in the bar first, great service and lovely atmosphere, then went into the restaurant. We ordered Thai fishcakes and prawn cocktail for starters, really well presented and very tasty, and main course was house burger with fries, and chicken pork pie and side vegetable. Very big portions and very well presented and exceptionally tasty, great service too. 3 drinks ,starters and mains ÂŁ51 . Great price

Santhosh KJ After a long time, returning to Sravs Kitchen on Portswood Road for dinner felt both comforting and memorable, delivering a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. The chilli chicken was bursting with flavor, perfectly spicy with a well-balanced sauce that coated each tender piece, making it an absolute delight. The chicken 65 was equally impressive, crispy on the outside yet succulent inside, with a subtle heat and aromatic seasoning that lingered pleasantly. The lamb biryani was a true highlight of the meal, rich in aroma and depth, with perfectly cooked lamb that was soft and flavorful, blended beautifully with fragrant basmati rice and traditional spices. The Kerala paratha was soft, flaky, and fresh, complementing the curries wonderfully, while the dosa was light, crisp, and expertly prepared, adding an authentic South Indian touch to the spread. Beyond the food, the service played a significant role in elevating the experience, as the staff were warm, courteous, and attentive, ensuring everything was served promptly and checking in regularly with genuine care, making the evening feel relaxed, welcoming, and truly worth revisiting.

From the roti to the laksa to the teh tarik, I feel the flavors of Malaysias legendary cuisine respected and showcased here. The staff are kind, attentive, and work with a fervor.

Tapelia - Spanish Tapas Bar -

Walter Basile Great food, great original atmosphere. Spanish restaurant based on tapas, little plates full of tasty food. The premises were nicely decorated and reminded me of when I went in Spain. We tried a variety of plates and we would recommend all the fish dishes, especially the meals of the week: we had some scallops and they were the best I had in London. Really delicious! The meatballs were slightly under seasoned but the accompanying sauce gave them flavour. Good portions size and good quality/pice ratio. Good selection of drinks and wines and very pleased that they had a different alcohol free beer. Staff very friendly and the service was perfect in timing. Order was taken in a tamely manner and the not availability of a dish was immediately reported and advised. Definitely be back to try their paella. I was very delighted about this restaurant because there are not many Spanish ones that are as good. Thank you!
