My family and I really enjoy your food—especially my son, who absolutely loves it. We’ve been ordering from you almost every week, and your team even recognizes us by now. That’s why it’s so disappointing that our order has been incorrect several times lately.
I drive 10 miles just to pick up your food because we truly prefer it over others. But it’s frustrating when the order isn’t right, especially after all this time. The issue seems to be that the staff doesn’t always listen carefully when taking the order.
Please take this feedback seriously—I’m only sharing it because we genuinely like your food and want to continue supporting your business. A little more attention to accuracy would make a big difference.
