5 /5 Cathy Williams: On a recent visit to the UK, I got lost at night on Saturday 15 December. It was dark and raining hard. I ended up in the Liphook Service Station and asked for directions. The two staff members went out of their way to assist, printing out a map and talking me through the best route. Their kindness, caring and courtesy was exceptional. I would like to thank them personally for helping me get safely to my destination. And thank you Shell - this really is a service station.

The pretty girl at the counter uploaded the ‘Maps’ app to my phone and all was well! It was so refreshing to discover people who took the time to help me on my way. Many thanks.

5 /5 Tracey Armstrong: Great fuel station in a prime location for travelling along the A3 that has ample space and is extremely clean and tidy. Nice staff and lots of goodies in the Waitrose shop inside to grab essentials for the rest of your trip, more importantly excellent fuel grade.

3 /5 Calvin Gittens: As a motorbike rider, stopping at a service station to have a stretch in the legs is important while riding. This fuel station was on my way home from Emsworth. Didnt go into the shop as was only stopping for 5 minutes
