2 /5 Yasmin Kane: I ordered a takeaway from here via UberEats and unfortunately the food was not great. The burgers were flat and felt like McDonald’s standards but worse. The wings , chips and nuggets were ok and the burger waffle fries were just sickly.

5 /5 Zv_explores: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food here was absolutely outstanding! The quality was top-notch, and the burger was bursting with flavor — cooked perfectly and so satisfying. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Huge shout-out to Toyeb for his exceptional customer handling — polite, attentive, and truly made the experience special. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great food and amazing service!

4 /5 Damian Lubanski: Pretty decent comfort food, had order delivered fast so food was still warm. Burgers could be a bit larger, I realise it was just simple cheeseburger but I can get similar quality from Mc. Chips were fluffy inside, could use some more crunch. Dont get me wrong, nothing bad about this joint but nothing special either. EDIT: Visited them for Burger Day and Ive changed my initial review. I was served by Furqan, he welcomed me with smile and confident attitude, something you dont see often now. Great customer service. Waiting time was short. My smackdown was good, better than expected but they use too much sauce which dominates meat flavour. Id say meat is quite fat too, still dripping with oil. Some people like it, I dont that much. Overall pretty good burger. Few seats inside, clean and tidy. There is defo room for improvement but give them a go, just for that customer service.

5 /5 Vera Cole: I’ve ordered from Smacks three times in the past couple of days and honestly can’t get enough. The burgers are always a 10/10 – juicy, full of flavour, and that sauce is just amazing. The fries are really tasty and always arrive fresh, and the milkshakes are so creamy and delicious. Everything comes well-packed and still hot, which makes it even better. Definitely my new favourite place to order from!

1 /5 Gbeke: I LOVE smacks. It’s like the Morley’s of burgers. However, this location needs some prayers. The staff is nice and accommodating; however, I’m pretty sure they don’t change their oil. Like, at all. I went on two separate occasions in the same week, and the first time, after eating their fries, my stomach felt heavy and started hurting. The second time I ate their fries, I got food poisoning and was sick the whole weekend. I would advise against eating here unless you’ve confirmation the oil has been changed recently.
