4 /5 Lora Ryan: We visited the restaurant yesterday and had a bit of a mixed experience.
The food was truly amazing â huge compliments to the kitchen staff. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the quality of the dishes really stood out.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. When we arrived, we did feel welcome and initially enjoyed the experience. However, once the restaurant became busy, the front-of-house staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. We ordered another round of drinks that never arrived, even after waiting around 20 minutes. When I went to pay, there were items on the bill that we hadnât ordered, which added to the frustration.
The manager asked why we werenât staying for dessert, but after waiting so long just for drinks that never came, we didnât feel like waiting again for our dessert order to be taken. I also noticed that several other tables received their food before their drinks and had to ask staff about them. Some nearby tables waited quite a long time just to place their orders.
It seemed like the front-of-house team was slammed with many guests arriving at the same time, which likely contributed to the issues.
Despite the service problems, I am definitely planning to come back for the great food and am hoping that next time the service will be better.
