We did the set menu two course and it’s so worth the money and the portions are bigger than expected. We will be back soon, thank you for the amazing service and food ! x

5 /5 Kirsty G: We went for a meal on new years eve. The food was really enjoyable. The steak was cooked to perfection, all seasoned wonderfully. There was a little confusion over my drink, I wanted a mocktail but was given a cocktail. We asked if I could have a mocktail and said my husband would drink my cocktail. The cocktail was taken off our bill without us asking! The customer service was excellent from everyone we had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you to all that made our afternoon special. We will most definitely be returning soon.

5 /5 Jana Thill: Sometimes you travel — and sometimes you stumble upon a place that makes you feel, for a moment, like you belong there. This restaurant was exactly that for us. Every single bite was outstanding — not just delicious, but memorable. Worth every pound, in every possible sense of the word (our wallet may be lighter, but we regret absolutely nothing). The service deserves its own paragraph: genuinely warm, effortlessly attentive, and so wonderfully unintrusive that you feel both cared for and completely at ease at the same time. That balance is rare — and they’ve mastered it. We were so impressed that “let’s try this place” quickly turned into “we have to come back.” And then… we did. Twice. During a short trip, no less. Out of all the lovely moments we had, this table was one of the highlights. If a restaurant can turn first-time visitors into repeat offenders within a single holiday, they’re doing something very right. We’ll be back. Hungry. And already looking forward to it. 5 /5 Nora Eren: Hard to believe we’ve lived in Ashford for 4 years and only just made it to The Stubbs. What a hidden gem. The service was excellent, the food outstanding, and the atmosphere just right. We shared three starters—beef carpaccio, chicken liver, and shrimp & crab salad—followed by a Rye Bay sea bass, all paired with a beautiful oaked Chardonnay. Left happy, full, and already planning our return. A perfect date night.

5 /5 Ben Cheetham: This was one of the best best meals I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely incredible. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and had a very comfortable vibe. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be going back
