Anthony Tarpey Friendly, prompt service. Delicious food. I had the Picanha Uruguaia and it came with a very fresh side salad. Meat cooked to order. Glass of house white was lovely also. And finished with a double espresso of superior coffee (rather than the slop in Starbucks of my nearby airport hotel that I’d otherwise have had to settle for). Obrigado pessoal. Alex I’ve had two meals from here, and they’ve both been delicious. The fried dishes are crispy, the sauces tangy and not too sweet, and the prices great. The staff are very friendly and service is quick. My new local!

AJ A nice Turkish restaurant. The decor is outdated but the staff are friendly and the food is tasty. The complementary starter of lamachun and warm bread was a good start, the dips could have been a little more flavourful. The Melih Special Platter for 2 was great. The meat was juicy and flavoursome and the complementary dessert at the end was a nice touch. The price was very good too.

Benjamin Tubbs We had such a lovely visit to the Carpenters Arms recently! The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Warm and cozy atmosphere inside. The outside area is just as charming – a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a drink. Great to see that the prices seem to have been reduced to a more affordable level. It makes such a difference and means we’ll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommended!
