3 /5 Martin Born: Many people have commented on the portion sizes. I found the full English breakfast to be fairly standard. The price is slightly under £10, but unlike many cafés of a similar level, it doesn’t include tea or coffee, not even toast (1st time ever in 16 years in the UK!). This makes a difference when considering both the portion size and the overall value for money. As the food itself was also nothing particularly special, I feel 3 stars is a fair rating.

Carly Thompson I enjoyed a spontaneous lunch today with my partner as we were both working in the same area. Its within a beautiful setting, with a babbling brook leading you to the car park. The staff were welcoming and attentive. There is a play area for little ones and its very dog friendly with their own menu to choose from! We could have chosen many other places but we were drawn to the Old Fisherman and we were not disappointed.

Misthara We went there yesterday for the first time, 4 friends and a kid. We ordered steaks and the slow-cooked meat on the bone. All the plates were so tasty and well presented! We’ll go back for sure. They also have a kids menu with starter, pasta or pizza and ice cream! Great service too, the waiter was happy to help and explain the plates they had.
