3 /5 Yvonne Tony: The staff were polite and accommodating, and when we visited on a Saturday, the atmosphere was pleasantly calm with no loud music. The portion sizes were also decent.
However, there were a few disappointing aspects:
1. The children’s menu (£9.90) was not suitable for young kids, the chicken was far too spicy for me, let alone for a 3yo, It was also supposed to include ice cream, which we never received, even after staying for around 90 minutes.
2. The French fries were unfortunately overcooked, oily, and heavily salted. It was the first time I’ve ever found fries in a restaurant truly inedible. While I understand fries aren’t the highlight of the menu, if they’re offered, they should at least meet a basic standard.
Overall, I left disappointed. That said, if you’re not visiting with children and don’t plan on ordering fries, the restaurant may still worth a try.
