Tammy Cannon To all of the people complaining about how long it takes to get a bagel here... IT IS NOT A DRIVE-THROUGH! These are the best bagels Ive had in London to date, and I love bagels and Ive lived in the UK for 13 years now. It was super busy when my friends and I went on a Sunday morning. Wed taken a stroll through Notting Hill and meandered over. We didnt expect to eat in, we wanted to grab and go. The staff were polite and efficient when we ordered, the whole thing took under 20 mins. We had the bacon,egg and cheese (I had mine on garlic, friend had hers on salt and other friend had hers on everything) and they were superb!!! We didnt order drinks but the line for coffee was insane so it must be good. Id 1000000% recommend and come hungry because theyre large (but not too hungry that if you have to wait more than 10 mins you get hangry).

Mesi was incredibly welcoming, happy to give great options, and very friendly throughout our visit. Her service made the experience even better. Melody Michael bad customer service. i was given raw food and the manager refused to take accountability. he said the food was not raw when i clearly showed him it was. the food made me sick and i asked for a refund and he said they don’t give refunds without a receipt which i clearly didn’t have as it was the previous day and i wasn’t expecting to need it or that my food was going to be raw inside and make me sick. he gave me a £2 refund in the end after arguing for a while however my food was not £2. very disappointing as i am a regular customer and come everyday. photos do not do it justice the videos show it properly but i wasn’t able to insert them

Vee Kendall The decor, the staff and the music really set the scene but the food blew me away. I have been there twice now and both times I loved it. The tacos were sooooo good but more filling than expected and the guac was moreish. My sister got the ribeye and i instantly got food envy when it arrived. She said it was incredible and my sister in law had a burrito which was MASSIVE! The blue cocktails went down way to easy and left my tongue blue which was amusing (after 3 of them). I would recommend booking as it is popular (as it should be with such high quality food and drinks)
