Carlos Dias-Madeira We popped in for our first visit as a family meal to celebrate our 19-year-old son’s birthday. He loves steak, so trying the newly opened (8 weeks) Twickenham steakhouse felt like a must — and we’re very glad we did.
Between us, we ordered a variety of steaks, all served with generous portions of chips and mushrooms. I left my ribeye in Tom’s hands to cook as he saw fit, and it was absolutely delicious. Friendly service, a good wine selection, and a relaxed, no-frills atmosphere made for a very enjoyable evening.
It was a quiet night — Saturday 3rd January is probably one of the quietest nights of the year anywhere — but we were all very happy with the experience.
We’ll definitely be back to try breakfast another day.
