5 /5 Katie Smith: Yesterday we had our wedding day! I cannot recommend or rate The George Vaults anymore for creating the most perfect day for us. Carla was our wedding planner and on the day of the wedding she was joined by Summer. I’d spoken with Carla a few times about the ideas I had for decorating and what her and her team created made my ideas seem tiny! When I say it blew every expectation I’m not kidding. I couldn’t have done that. One other serious thing at a wedding FOOD! We didn’t want a sit down meal as it isn’t us and we wanted a twilight buffet wedding and when I say the portions of food on the buffet are ridiculous huge…. Be prepared for a feast LOL! I have never seen food like it, plus it tasted absolutely amazing. Every single member of staff that was there on our day were so friendly and nothing ever felt like it was too much. We’re very grateful for everything that was done here for our special day. Love the Smiths xxx

5 /5 Dinesh Pandya: Super pub to spend quality time with friends.... George Vaults is high quality function room. Superb deco lovely atmosphere & excellent ambience. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Lots of carparking all around. We hired this venue for a wake.

5 /5 Juliet Muje: Came here for a roast with my friends today & it was a delight in every way! Staff were lovely & super friendly. The roast was amazing, tasty, fresh & not stingy portions. The chicken was not dry and was so tasty! Cocktails were lovely too. We will be returning.

5 /5 Cheekychapp77: Very lovely food. Came with my two brothers. Reasonably priced food and great quality. Defiantly get more then you’re paying for. After we had food and hung out for a bit we checked out the other bars. Great vibes. Great for family events as they have a lovely area you can rent out. Birthdays. Graduations. General party’s. If you are looking to take someone on a date they also have relaxing lounge spaces, perfect areas for chatting and enjoying their wide range of cocktails. Great beers on tap. Live music during the day in the outdoors space. Very cozy. DJs live during the evenings. Not come here to late yet but definitely looking forward so coming back. Lovely friendly funny staff. Would love to come here and chill with some friends quite often.

4 /5 Feather Wild: I booked two weeks ago for tonight for my sisters Birthday, booking a specific table due to her mental health and disabled needs. We arrived on time to find there was no booking, due to this, not getting the seat she needed and the difference in cocktail menu to what my sister was shown when she came in three weeks ago to check it out she ended up having an anxiety attack. However, the waiter was kind and allowed us time to settle. To be brutally honest the food was OK, but not great. Stilton burger needed more stilton, soup was cold and sent back to reheat, bread was ok. Cocktails on the other hand were amazing! We ended up buying another one after paying (pumpkin was amazing, should be a desert cocktail as it was warming and calming). The almonds were meant to be smocked, they came out as though straight out of a bag no smoke or flavouring. If your a cocktail bar you need more apetisers, mini mustard sausages, pies, pickle board, chicken skewers, mini Yorkshire puds, etc. The waiter kindly took them away, then came back minutes later with another bowl obviously smoked! Very attentive servers! Weirdly after we were done we were offered free shots of baileys, wed had cocktails and one was driving (not drinking) - no explanation, so a little strange. Plus, I got a little tiny glass jar of helmans mayonnaise, waiter kindly got be a few more to take home! Brilliant service!!! Plus parking straight outside was helpful!
