David Kelly We initially came here after a disastrous trip to Tunbridge Wells where the water failed, and to be honest, we didnt know what to expect from it at all. All I can say is that we were blown away. The food is absolutely superb, you can tell that everything is cooked freshly and not re-heated, everything tasted absolutely fantastic and was delivered very quickly and by a very friendly team of staff who are lovely. The real shock came when we got the bill: this place must represent the best value for money I have ever experienced in a Chinese restaurant, everything is priced extremely competitively whilst not compromising on quality in any aspect. We arent local, but we will definitely be back. A huge thank you for turning what couldve been a tricky situation into a very enjoyable evening.

John Palfrey Ordered a take-away today for 5 people. It was cooked to perfection and served on time. We could see it being cooked in a clean environment. Staff were friendly and gave us some free Turkish Delight. Excellent service and food at a reasonable price.

The sushi itself was fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavor. You can tell the team takes pride in their craft. Everything was neatly presented and tasted amazing—especially the salmon rolls and veggie options. It’s clear they use quality ingredients and prepare everything with care. What really stood out was the atmosphere. Even though it’s a kiosk inside a supermarket, the vibe was cheerful and inviting. The staff chatted with customers, offered recommendations, and made sure everyone felt looked after. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch these days. If you’re in Tonbridge and love sushi, don’t overlook this spot. Just head into Waitrose and walk to the back—you’ll find a little slice of sushi heaven waiting for you. Highly recommended!
