Mes V Great time out with the family. About 5 other people in the cafe when we, a group of 8, showed up. Waiter took our orders and food showed up soon enough. Portions were large and food cooked through and tasty. We ordered dessert too and that was tasty and came in good time although one order came slightly later. Toilets are upstairs though so not accessible to wheelchair users. Parking can be found around the cafe, we parked up at the local leisure centre which was about 5 mins walk away. Prices at the cafe were fair considering its location and demographics. We visited during Barking Market day (Tuesday, also on Thurs & Sat) so busy outside but inside it was quieter and a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle outside. Its also about 10mins walk from Barking Station so helpful for those families travelling on tube etc. Staff were friendly (not overly familiar or smiley), professional and got down to serving us with aplomb. Nothing too much for them. One of our party spilt a drink and we had to move tables due to the mess, but we werent made to feel like we were an inconvenience or silly, floor was mopped, table wiped and back to business as usual. Brilliant service! Really helpful people, thank you for having us!!

Jacqui Jacs Good African Music. Enjoyable night every time. People are so friendly not to mention their generosity. Good food, reasonably priced alcohol, and you can sit down when your feet are tired.

Supersupergirl Lush fish and chips for a FIVER in BARKING!!!! Its Barking delicious. I spotted this board saying fish and chips with a can for 6.20 which is cheap so no harm in trying. It turned out to be a fiver because I didnt want the can. The good thing is that the fish was fried to order so I had to wait. It was a small piece of fish that delivered which Id rather have than something not nice but cheap and a big portion that I wouldnt want to finish. Everything was perfect in the sense the oil was clean and there was no oil lingering on my fingers. Fish was tasty and flaky with skin attached while the batter was light and moreish with an appetizing colour. It was definitely comforting having some good fish and chips which really made my day. They also serve kebabs and lacmachun.

Nish T. Our annual Iftar at Kabana was wonderful, as always. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. The staff are so welcoming and kind. Service was a little slow, which is completely understandable during Ramadan

S M Had a fantastic experience at Royal Nawaab in Ilford. The food was excellent with a huge variety to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh, flavourful, and well presented. The buffet was constantly being refilled, and the dessert selection was just as impressive. The staff were attentive and organised despite how busy it was, which made the evening feel smooth and enjoyable. Great atmosphere for families or celebrations. Definitely worth the visit and I’ll be coming back.

Abhilash Mukherjee Extraordinary kulcha and best staff. This is now my favourite place to eat kulcha. There may brother places with good Indian kulcha but this places is second to none. One of the best food I had in a while. The staff there is very friendly where you could have a laugh as well. Loved the service which only added another layer to the taste. This shows that the quality of any outlet does not only depend in food but staff as well. We met Anmol andi cannot forget his extraordinary service is sense of humour, the food was so good that i had to say thank you to the chef (Harman) personally. The place can improve the sitting area. Overall, unforgettable food and excellent service. I look forward to visit this place again when I visit Ilford. PS: I visited many sweet shops and no one knew what kaju katli is.. this shop sells authentic kaju katli as well. Highly recommended.
