Huddle, Lymington -
Bianca Stratulat We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful brunch at The Huddle. The experience was enhanced by the beautiful sunny weather, allowing us to dine in the charming garden area.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and quick to serve, ensuring all our requests were met with a smile. Their accommodating nature really stood out and contributed to a pleasant dining experience.
The food was simply delicious. The first dish featured a beautifully presented plate with what appears to be eggs Benedict served on a crispy base, topped with a generous amount of creamy hollandaise sauce and fresh herbs. The vibrant colors and textures made it as appealing to the eyes as it was to the palate.
The second dish was equally impressive, featuring a combination of poached eggs, smoked salmon, avocado, and a waffle. The creamy avocado paired perfectly with the rich, savory salmon and the perfectly cooked poached eggs. It was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that left us thoroughly satisfied.
Considering the quality of the food and the overall experience, we found the price of £35 for brunch for two, including drinks, to be excellent value for money. The dishes were not only delicious but also generously portioned, ensuring we left feeling full and content.
