5 /5 Lee Dorman: We had a lovely visit to Toby Carvery, and I especially want to say a big thank you to Lucy for her outstanding service. We had been waiting quite a while for our desserts, but Lucy handled the situation so professionally and kindly. She went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience and made sure we left happy. Her friendly attitude and willingness to put things right really stood out. It’s staff members like Lucy who make all the difference. Thank you again — we’ll definitely be returning!

5 /5 Holly Mimms: I went today for my birthday with some of my friends. The food was really good. I had the normal carvery and apple crumble with custard for dessert. Everything was delicious. The lady Lucy who served us was lovely. She was very wity and had a lot of patience with us. It wasnt too busy or noisy and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely come back again.

Lucy & Nancy were very helpful and found us a table quickly. They were delightful & professional and accommodating. The food was excellent & we will be returning to Woodford Toby Carvery again soon.
