Tsaretta Spice, Twickenham - (Near Richmond upon Thames, london)

Alex We have eaten in quite a few of Twickenhams restaurants and had some great food, but I think this has to be the best and certainly one of the best Japanese restaurants outside of Central London. Service is friendly and the dishes are brought out quickly and made with care. The menu offers not only sushi but a large range of authentic starters along with some noodle and bento box dishes. We decided to order several smaller dishes and a few sushi so that we could sample more of the menu. The octopus legs with seaweed were on par with those Ive had in Japan, the chicken karage (lightly fried chicken) was superb and tender, the lightly fried tofu in broth was delicate and tasty and all of the sushi dishes were fresh and very very good indeed. To top it off, the pricing is very reasonable for the high level of quality. Will certainly return to try more. Highly recommended

Erika Vallido Homemade-tasting food. My little family enjoyed it, these food can’t be bought from supermarkets—as they tasted like they were all made and cooked from scratch. They were also very accommodating with our baby, like giving him a teaspoon and not mixing in the honey on the porridge. We will definitely come back to try other items from their menu.

Sal Iveson Visiting Twickenham for the rugby and hound this fabulous Indian. Can honestly say it’s the best Indian we have ever had. Would totally recommend it. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the service speedy but not rushed. Must visit if you’re in the area

H D Another terrific meal! We came here in September and had a wonderful lunch, and couldn’t wait to come back with some friends that lived locally and hadn’t been here yet. The food was as great as last time! And Maurizio and his wife are so lovely!!

Claudia Tuohy It was a lovely evening, in the garden, great food, friendly welcome and service. New menu is great and lovely wine. We had ribs, croquettes (mushroom and truffle) and chips and slaw. All were delicious, best ribs I’ve had in a while! Really enjoyed, splenic new beers on too.
